Exterior and pool area
The cage construction around the pool is covered in a fine mesh (so it isn’t glass), so the air is not trapped inside. This protects it from insects, dirt and dust. This allows the breeze to flow freely through it, which is particularly pleasant on very hot days.
The pool is between 1m and 1m80 deep (3.3 ft to 5.9 ft). Diving is not allowed.
During the coldest months of the year, pool heating can be activated (usually between the end of October and the beginning of March). The heating needs to be booked separately (with a minimum of 5 days). The price for the heating is EUR 15 (USD 20) a day and is not standard included in the rental price – see here for details. If you would like to activate the pool heating during your holidays, the payment can also be settled afterwards.
Inside the villa
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed. This room has a LCD-TV and direct access to the master bathroom (with seperate shower and bath). Next to the bed, there is also a little safe you can use for storing your valuable items.
The window in this room looks out on the swimming pool.
Second bedroom
The second bedroom also has a double bed and a brand new LDC TV. There are enough closets to store all your personal items.
Third bedroom
The third bedroom is adjusted for children (although, adults can perfectly sleep here as well). In this bedroom, we have twin beds and a big closet. The window in this room looks out on the swimming pool.
Master bathroom
The master bathroom is accessible via the master bedroom. It has a separate shower and bathtub, 2 wash-hand basins and a toilet. Within the bathroom there is also a walk-in closet to store your suitcases. In this closet you will also find the iron and the iron board.
Second bathroom
The second bathroom is somehow smaller than the first bathroom. It has a combined bath-shower tub, a toilet and a wash-hand basin.
This bathroom is situated between the second and the third bedroom.
If you want to do so, you can be a real cook during your holiday: the kitchen has everything it needs to prepare a big or a small dish: a furnace, a cooker, a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dish washer,…
Dining room
The dining room has place for 6 people (1 table and 6 chairs). All necessary dinnerware is present!
The window looks out on the street. Also in this room: a radio and a combined fridge/freezer.
Living room
The living room has 2 new couches and a new coffee table, a dining table and 6 chairs.
The living room is equipped with a television (digital subscription at Brighthouse, included in the rental price), wire Internet connection (WiFi, included in the rental price) and a DVD-player with some movies.
Garage
The garage has space for 2 cars. Also in the garage you can find some other stuff like the garbage bin and some buckets.
Washing room
The washing room is a small room you can find right before the entrance of the garage. In this room you can find the washing machine and the dryer, together with the vacuum cleaner and other cleaning tools.
